Job summary

GBK at Manchester Trafford Centre is seeking enthusiastic Back of House team members to support our kitchen crew. You’ll help with prep, cooking, stock management and ensuring smooth service in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Prep & Cook: Assist with food preparation, ensuring all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and ready for cooking.
• Support the Grill: Help our grill chefs by preparing ingredients, managing orders, and ensuring a smooth flow of service.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the kitchen area clean, organised, and safe by following food hygiene and safety regulations.
• Stock Management: Monitor and manage kitchen stock levels, ensuring we’re always ready for service.
• Quality Assurance: Help ensure that every dish leaving the kitchen meets our high standards for taste, presentation, and consistency.
