Job summary

Slim Chickens Merry Hill is seeking a Back of House Supervisor to lead our kitchen team and uphold the high standards of quality and service in a fast-paced, casual setting.

You will oversee all back-of-house operations, mentor staff, ensure food safety and hygiene, manage inventory, and collaborate with Front of House to deliver seamless service. Weekend and late shifts are required; training and growth opportunities are offered within BRG.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience in fast-paced kitchen.
• Strong leadership to inspire a kitchen team.
• Passion for delivering high-quality food.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure.
• Availability including weekends, late nights and bank holidays.
