Slim Chickens in Merry Hill is seeking a Back of House Supervisor to lead the kitchen team and ensure top quality, consistency, and safe food handling. You’ll oversee all BOH operations, manage stock, and work closely with Front of House to deliver smooth service.

We value strong leadership, calm under pressure, and a passion for great food. Weekend and late-night availability are required as we’re a fast-paced, customer-focused restaurant group.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising kitchen or fast-paced environments.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver high-quality dishes.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing back-of-house operations for efficient food prep.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the kitchen team.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and timely ordering of supplies.
• Collaborate with Front of House to ensure seamless service.
• Address kitchen issues promptly to maintain smooth operations.
