Job summary

Prince Personnel Limited is seeking a B2C General Manager in Telford to own the B2C sales and marketing operation. The role combines retail leadership, e-commerce, digital marketing and team management, with a hands-on approach to drive sales and commercial results.

The position is permanent, with Monday to Friday 10am–6pm work hours, and a salary of £50,000–£65,000 plus an excellent commission scheme and profit share.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop the retail sales team, including performance management, coaching and day-to-day support.
• Set and monitor sales targets and KPIs, driving the team to consistently achieve and exceed expectations.
• Lead by example on the shop floor, actively engaging with customers and maximising every sales opportunity.
• Take ownership of the company's e-commerce sales activity, managing product listings, pricing, stock availability and online promotions across platforms such as Shopify.
• Develop and coordinate effective promotional and marketing campaigns across retail, e-commerce and social media.
• Manage and grow the company's social media presence, creating opportunities to increase customer engagement and sales.
• Analyse sales and marketing performance, identifying trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends, using insight to develop new commercial opportunities.
• Work closely with senior management to develop and implement the wider B2C sales and marketing strategy.
• Take full ownership of agreed targets and initiatives, ensuring campaigns and activity are delivered to a high standard and achieve a measurable commercial return.
