Job summary

Prince Personnel are recruiting a B2C General Manager for a growing business in Telford. The role is permanent and full-time, working Monday to Friday, 10am–6pm, with a salary of £50,000–£65,000 plus an excellent commission scheme and profit share.

You will own the B2C sales and marketing operation, lead retail and e-commerce activities (Shopify), and manage a motivated team. The position requires a commercially minded leader who drives from the front and delivers measurable commercial results.

Qualifications

• Experience leading B2C sales and marketing teams.
• Proven ability to set and exceed sales targets.
• Commercial, hands-on leader with strong communication.
• Experience with Shopify and online promotions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the retail sales team with coaching and performance management.
• Set and monitor sales targets and KPIs.
• Engage with customers on the shop floor to maximise sales.
• Own e-commerce activity, including product listings, pricing and stock on Shopify.
• Develop promotional campaigns across retail and online channels.
• Grow social media presence to boost engagement and sales.
• Analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with senior management on the B2C strategy.
• Ensure campaigns deliver measurable commercial return.
