Techtronic Industries (TTI) seeks a seasoned Business Analyst/Project Manager to partner with the EMEA Marketing team. You will drive changes, requirements, and testing across sales and marketing processes, including E-Commerce, and document data flows and user guides.
You will collaborate with BPOs, development and IT to deliver roadmaps, facilitate workshops, and ensure solutions are fit for purpose while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

The Technology and Business Process (TBP) Department at TTI EMEA is a central pillar in driving organizational change, leveraging technology to support the achievement of strategic goals across the region. Our department encompasses several key areas, including Information Technology, Information Security Business Process Analysis and Project Management, each playing a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our business and technology processes.
The scope of work covers a broad range of business areas, from financial, technological, compliance to operations. We work with a wide group of stakeholders from Business Process Owners in EHQ, senior leaders in local markets, and stakeholders at the Group level.
Reporting to the Lead Business Process Analyst for B2C, you will act as a business partner for our EMEA Marketing team to drive changes and projects to enable them the delivery of our Marketing strategy.
You will need to understand the strategic goals of our EMEA Marketing team, and work closely with the key users in the Marketing teams to understand their requirements. You will support the Lead Business Process Analyst to plan a roadmap of changes. You will be working through the full lifecycle including supporting the testing and training of these changes. This will be a very "hands-on" role to drive step change in the organisation.
There will also be opportunities to drive improvement initiatives within the Business Process team to ensure we continue to deliver impactful activities effectively and efficiently.
Your primary focus will be on sales and marketing processes, including E-Commerce, however you will need to work closely with other Business Analysts in the department to ensure impact on other process areas are well considered.
