Job summary

Flight Centre Travel Groups is seeking a Business Development Manager to own the full development cycle, from prospecting to pitching and securing new client partnerships within our Business Travel arm in London.

You will identify opportunities, build relationships across roles, tailor solutions to client needs, and onboard new clients with dedicated travel teams, benefiting from uncapped commissions and strong growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in a BDM role, or sales in Travel & Tourism.
• Self-motivated with a track record of hitting targets and KPIs.
• Proven ability to close opportunities and manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients, building relationships across various roles.
• Understand client needs and present FCBT's travel solutions to streamline programs.
• Support onboarding of new clients and introduce them to their dedicated travel team.
