Job summary

Stiltz Homelifts in Kingswinford, West Midlands, is seeking a Trade Customer Service Administrator (B2B) to manage the order-to-invoice journey for UK dealers, Local Authorities and Rest of World customers.

You will coordinate with Operations, Finance, Warehouse and overseas factory to keep orders on track, while delivering excellent customer service throughout the order cycle.

The role is office-based, 35 hours per week, with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a fast-paced B2B sales administration or similar role.
• ERP system experience for sales order processing.
• Sales order processing in a B2B environment with internal teams.
• Excellent organisational skills to manage a deadline-driven workload.
• High attention to detail in every task.
• Confident, customer-focused communication skills, written and verbal.
• A collaborative, problem-solving mindset with ownership.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge and process every order promptly and accurately.
• Progress orders from receipt through invoicing, addressing issues.
• Act as a reliable contact for orders, coordinating across teams.
• Produce KPI reporting for Local Authority contracts.
• Coordinate warranty cases with Trade Technical Support.
• Progress enquiries, orders and export requirements to completion.
• Liaise with carriers to arrange export shipments and docs.
• Work in a small team delivering excellent customer experience.
