Ernest Gordon Recruitment is recruiting a Junior Telesales Coordinator for a Dudley-based role. You will manage and grow a portfolio of UK customer accounts, proactively contact customers to spot opportunities, and work with external teams to convert leads into sales.

Qualifications

• Some experience in internal sales / telesales.
• Experience in building relationships with customers and turning leads into sales.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a designated portfolio of UK customer accounts alongside external sales colleagues.
• Proactively contact existing customers to strengthen relationships and identify opportunities for additional sales.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound calling, lead generation and market research.
• Build relationships with customer decision-makers and key stakeholders.
• Promote the company's range of plumbing products and solutions to new and existing customers.
• Prepare quotations and tender submissions, ensuring opportunities are followed up effectively.
