Job summary

Indwig is seeking a Sales Support Administrator in Preston to support a small sales team. You will be handling customer inquiries, advising on products, and processing orders using an ERP system for bespoke items.

Applicants should have customer service experience, strong communication, and a proactive attitude. CAD and ERP familiarity will be an advantage in a busy, team-focused environment with opportunities for training and progression.

Qualifications

• Sales/Customer Service experience is essential.
• Strong communication and teamwork are required.
• Willingness to learn product base and computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via telephone and email.
• Give product advice, provide quotations and troubleshooting.
• Process sales orders on ERP system for bespoke products.
• Translate customer diagrams using CAD system and manage product base.
• Handle order issues, deliveries, replacements/refunds and after-sales queries.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues and satisfy customers.
