Industrial Recruitment Solutions (IRS) is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our Dudley team. This full-time, office-based role focuses on generating new business, speaking with decision-makers, and building long-term client relationships in the industrial recruitment sector.

You will target B2B opportunities, manage a robust sales pipeline, and work with the recruitment team to fulfil client needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales, business development, telesales or account management.
• Proven ability to generate new business and open accounts.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Generating and developing new business opportunities
• Making outbound sales calls to prospective clients
• Identifying companies with temporary and permanent staffing requirements
• Speaking directly with business owners and key decision-makers
• Booking and attending client meetings
• Conducting client visits and presenting our recruitment services
• Negotiating rates and commercial terms
• Maintaining and developing an active sales pipeline
• Meeting and exceeding sales and revenue targets
• Representing Industrial Recruitment Solutions professionally within the local market
