Job summary

Regional Recruitment Ltd in Leicester is seeking a Sales Executive to generate new B2B sales, build client relationships and drive revenue across healthcare, hospitality and professional services sectors. You will be confident on the phone, target-driven and capable of handling a high-volume outbound sales process with a focus on converting conversations into wins.

Qualifications

Previous experience in B2B sales, telesales, business development or a similar sales-focused role.
Confident communicator with strong telephone and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to generate new business and identify sales opportunities.
Target-driven and motivated by achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Ability to build rapport and develop strong relationships with prospective clients.
Proactive and resilient approach to sales.

Responsibilities

Proactively identify and generate new B2B sales opportunities through outbound calling.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Understand client requirements and communicate benefits of services.
Manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing.
Follow up on leads to maximise conversion rates.
Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline.
Work towards and achieve sales targets and KPIs.
Develop existing client relationships to generate additional business.
