Job summary

HRtechX, a world-leading HRtech community, is seeking a sales-driven professional to join our London HQ. You will drive delegate passes for our international conferences and work with senior executives and industry leaders.

You will benefit from uncapped earning potential, rapid development through coaching, and exposure to high-level events. Monday–Friday in the office; UK work permit required.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic with a high sense of urgency to succeed.
• Enjoy competing against ambitious targets and take ownership of results.
• Able to articulate value and close deals with senior professionals.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and over the phone.
• Experience in sales is advantageous but not required; graduate candidates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue by selling delegate passes to senior professionals at international conferences.
• Own ambitious monthly revenue targets and strive to exceed them.
• Execute high-volume outbound outreach with 60+ calls per day.
• Manage the sales pipeline from first contact to close; follow-ups included.
• Develop product/conference knowledge to clearly communicate value to delegates.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Content and Conference teams to optimise campaigns.
