Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Sales Trainer to deliver targeted training focused on client knowledge, sales processes and systems. You will collaborate with stakeholders to create responsive programs, promote efficiency, and boost productivity across client teams.

The role involves coaching employees to meet weekly/ monthly targets, developing training content for sales motions, and measuring impact of training interventions to drive improvements in customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide employees with skills‑based, client coaching to support achievement of specific targets
• Partner with team members to develop a training program designed to enhance client sales knowledge
• Analyze data, performance, and customer experience trends to develop strategic sales plays
• Oversee and validate the delivery and quality of provided training
• Track the effectiveness of training interventions through assessment tools
• Work with team members to improve sales systems for a positive customer experience
• Maintain communication to foster and develop client relationships
• Maintain knowledge about clients and evolving business environment for training content
• Help create a culture of learning where individuals manage their development and performance
