Job summary

WorkNest is seeking a commercially minded Sales Enablement Coach to strengthen our sales capability. You will deliver one-to-one and group coaching, translate learning into lasting performance improvements, and work closely with sales leaders to embed best practices.

In a hybrid role with regular travel to Leeds, Stevenage or Chester, you will shape onboarding, coaching frameworks, and resources, using data insights to drive measurable outcomes and lasting behavioural change.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching sales professionals within a target-driven B2B environment.
• Ability to translate coaching into measurable performance improvements.
• Comfortable using data to identify opportunities and measure success.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-to-one and group coaching, both virtually and in person.
• Maintain and develop the Sales Hub with relevant resources, collateral, and coaching materials.
• Embed sales methodology and improve consistency across teams.
• Contribute to onboarding programmes, coaching frameworks, and learning resources.
• Collaborate with managers and stakeholders to drive a culture of continuous learning.
