Job summary

FIND is partnering with a world-class training provider to recruit a Development Coach with a background in B2B Sales in the UK. Based in Warrington, you will be office-based three days a week and work from home on Mondays and Fridays, delivering coaching online and remotely to learners and organisations.

You will mentor apprentices throughout their studies, referencing portfolios of evidence, provide timely feedback, and collaborate with learners' line managers to ensure access to opportunities

Qualifications

• Experience in business-to-business sales and a capability to coach and mentor learners.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor Apprentices through the lifecycle of their studies.
• Provide structured feedback and evidence-led guidance to learners.
• Liaise with learners' line managers to support progress and time for work-based activities.
• Attend client meetings, webinars, and information sessions as required.
• Ensure timely achievement of weekly KPIs and tasks.
• Promote equality and wellbeing in apprenticeship delivery.
