Job summary

FIND | Creating Futures is recruiting two Employment Leads to support learners into sustainable employment. These home-based roles involve regular travel to training locations, employers and partner organisations, with a strong emphasis on individual coaching and job-search support.

You will manage about 120 learners, help with CVs, applications and interview prep, run employability workshops, build employer relationships and track outcomes against targets. Salary £25,000-£32,000 plus bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience in employability, welfare-to-work, recruitment or Careers guidance is valued.
• Ability to support individuals one-to-one and in small groups.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of up to ~120 learners with remote and face-to-face support.
• Help learners with CVs, applications, interview prep and job searches.
• Deliver employability workshops and build relationships with learners.
• Develop employer relationships and arrange introductions and interviews.
• Collaborate with Jobcentres and referral partners to support enrolments.
• Maintain learner records and monitor employment outcomes.
