Job summary

Nobul Resourcing Solutions is seeking a Product Manager to own discovery, scoping and delivery of web and mobile applications for our core B2B SaaS platform. You will decide which problems to solve and ship outcomes in collaboration with engineering and design.

Reporting to the Head of Product, the role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, focusing on user experience, data-led decisions and cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales and customer success.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering web and mobile applications in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of product discovery, requirements gathering and UX/UI principles.
• Ability to lead and manage projects with clarity and confidence.

Responsibilities

• Product strategy and vision - Define the long-term product strategy and vision for our web and mobile products, aligned with goals and market direction.
• Discovery and scoping - Lead user research, competitive analysis and market assessment to surface pain points and opportunities, translating findings into requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Delivery and product ownership - Own and prioritise the backlog based on value, feasibility and customer need, working with engineering and design from concept to launch.
• New products and features - Drive conception and development of new web and mobile products and features meeting market demand and client value.
• Continuous improvement - Iterate on existing functionality and UX/UI refinements to raise user experience.
• Cross-functional collaboration - Partner with engineering, design, QA, customer success, sales and marketing.
• Stakeholder communication - Bridge technical teams and internal/external stakeholders to align goals and scope.
• User understanding - Deeply understand client workflows and feedback to inform the product roadmap.
• Performance monitoring - Track adoption and feedback to shape future releases.
• Agile facilitation - Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.
