Job summary

BMS Performance Ltd. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join a growing B2B sales team.

The role focuses on identifying and developing new commercial opportunities within accounts that already have a relationship with the business, with a strong outbound calling component and inbound support when needed. You will handle 40-50 outbound calls per day, qualify customer needs, and build relationships with key contacts while targeting growth within existing accounts.

Responsibilities

• Make approximately 40-50 outbound calls per day to existing customer accounts
• Identify opportunities to introduce additional services
• Develop new business opportunities within an existing customer base
• Contact both current and lapsed customers
• Qualify customer needs and understand their requirements
• Handle inbound customer calls and enquiries when required
• Build strong relationships with key customer contacts
• Generate and qualify sales opportunities for the wider sales team
• Maintain accurate records and activity within the CRM
• Consistently work towards and exceed sales and activity targets
• Work closely with field-based Account/Sales Managers to maximise opportunities
