BMS Performance Ltd. is hiring an Inside Sales Representative for a hybrid role based in either Ripponden or Manchester. You will focus on new business within an existing base, with 40–50 outbound calls daily and some inbound support.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B outbound sales is essential.
• Recruitment or high-volume B2C sales background welcomed.
• Ability to generate new business within existing accounts and relationships.

Responsibilities

• Make approximately 40–50 outbound calls per day to existing customer accounts.
• Identify opportunities to introduce additional services.
• Develop new business opportunities within an existing customer base.
• Contact both current and lapsed customers.
• Qualify customer needs and understand their requirements.
• Handle inbound customer calls when required and maintain CRM records.
• Exceed sales and activity targets with field-based colleagues.
