Job summary

BMS Performance Ltd. is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to join a high-performing sales team.

This role focuses on outbound new business, contacting a mix of existing and lapsed customers, and generating opportunities for field-based managers. You will be expected to hit targets, maintain CRM records, and work in a hybrid model with three days in the office, based in Ripponden or Manchester.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume telephone sales (B2B or B2C).
• Proven ability to generate opportunities and book qualified appointments.
• Comfortable working to targets and using CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound B2B calls each day.
• Contact current and lapsed customers to identify new opportunities.
• Upsell services and generate interest in additional offerings.
• Qualify opportunities and book high-quality appointments for field-based managers.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up on opportunities.
