Job summary

OneAdvanced is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead ABM-driven campaigns that drive demand, nurture relationships, and uncover cross-sell opportunities. You will partner with ANZ stakeholders and global teams to deliver integrated marketing plans that align with business goals and strategy.

In a small, collaborative team, you’ll execute campaigns across verticals, focus on lead generation, and support growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing with demand generation and ABM.
• Experience executing campaigns across multiple verticals.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Marketo for campaign execution and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABM-led campaigns that generate demand and build pipeline.
• Collaborate with sales to nurture relationships and identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Manage digital marketing including SEO/SEM and paid media with analytics.
• Develop content strategies for campaigns and support events/webinars.
• Track performance, report insights, and optimise programmes.
• Support budget management and work with agency partners as needed.
• Coordinate with global teams to align messaging across regions.
