Get Recruited (UK) Ltd is seeking a B2B Marketing Executive in Central Manchester to own daily marketing activities, drive campaigns for lead generation and brand growth, and collaborate with the CEO and Managing Director. You will manage email automation, content updates, and CRM processes while delivering measurable ROI.

There is scope to progress to Marketing Manager as the business grows. The role offers a £28,000–£35,000 basic salary plus benefits, based in Ancoats, with a supportive team

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B marketing campaigns and lead generation.
• Strong copywriting skills for emails and landing pages.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, segmentation and reporting.
• Baseline Excel data handling and analytics for campaign insights.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite for collateral.
• SEO/Content experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day delivery of marketing strategy and campaigns.
• Manage 15–20 B2B email campaigns per month including automation.
• Update website pages, blogs and content with SEO/geo elements.
• Create monthly social media calendars and content.
• Analyse dashboards and ROI, report to leadership.
• Handle CRM data management and compliance.
• Execute direct mail campaigns and automated sequences.
• Develop events, exhibitions and podcasts as part of roadmap.
