Newsquest Media Group's LOCALiQ is hiring a Sales Executive in Swindon to drive phone-based sales for local advertising solutions. You’ll represent trusted regional news brands and tailor digital display and print offers to local business owners.

This consultative role focuses on building a robust pipeline, hitting revenue targets, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure campaign delivery. You must be within commuting distance of the office and available Monday to Friday during office

Qualifikationen

• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Experience in outbound calling.
• Confident in securing new business over the phone.
• Able to grow and nurture existing client accounts.
• Delivers exceptional customer service.
• A consultative, client-focused approach to selling.
• Proven B2B sales experience (advantageous).
• Understanding of multimedia advertising (advantageous).
• Able to commute to the office daily.

Aufgaben

• Identify and win new business by proactively reaching out to potential clients across your region using cold calling and outbound sales techniques.
• Work to clear financial targets and KPIs, consistently striving to exceed monthly revenue goals and performance benchmarks.
• Manage and grow existing client accounts, providing ongoing support, identifying upsell opportunities, and increasing client spend through strategic recommendations.
• Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, using a consultative approach to move prospects through the sales cycle.
• Build long‑term relationships with clients by providing expert advice, excellent service, and ongoing support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and campaign delivery for new clients.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and LOCALiQ’s evolving product suite to maintain a competitive edge.
• Represent LOCALiQ with professionalism and credibility, acting as a trusted ambassador for our regional news brands.
