Qualifications

• Experience in telesales or lead generation in a target-led environment.
• Comfort with objection handling and closing opportunities.
• Confident with decision-makers and building rapport.
• Organised, coachable and motivated by measurable results.
• Energy or utilities sector experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Hit the phones and spark conversations with UK business owners and directors.
• Uncover energy needs and renewal opportunities with purposeful questions.
• Qualify leads and arrange appointments; secure LOAs with consent where needed.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline; hand over quality opportunities to Energy Consultants.
• Aim for clear call activity, talk-time, leads and conversions with CRM records.
