Qualifications

• Able to handle objections and bounce back from rejection.
• Confident with decision-makers and quick to build rapport.

Responsibilities

• Hit the phones: contact UK businesses and engage owners, directors and decision-makers.
• Uncover energy needs, contract details and renewal opportunities through focused questioning.
• Qualify leads, arrange appointments and secure LOAs with customer consent.
• Build a strong pipeline, follow up quickly and hand over opportunities to Energy Consultants.
• Own your numbers: meet call activity, talk-time, lead and conversion targets with CRM records.
