Responsibilities

• Hit the phones: proactively contact UK businesses and spark conversations with owners, directors and decision-makers.
• Get curious: uncover energy needs, contract details and renewal opportunities through confident questions.
• Create opportunities: qualify leads, arrange appointments and, where appropriate, secure energy bills and LOAs with customer consent.
• Keep the momentum: build a strong pipeline, follow up quickly and hand over quality opportunities to Energy Consultants.
• Own the numbers: work towards call activity, talk-time, lead and conversion targets, with accurate CRM records.
