Job summary

Rubicon Recruitment Agency is looking for an Internal Sales Support in Edenbridge, Kent, offering a temporary role up to £30,000. The role involves handling enquiries, quotations, and order tracking in a busy, team-oriented environment where reliability and a helpful attitude matter.

You will build relationships with a set portfolio of customers, receive full training on internal systems, and work with MS Excel, ERP/CRM tools, and planning teams to keep delivery schedules on track.

Qualifications

B2B customer service experience, ideally within a manufacturing or electronics environment.
Confident communicator, both verbal and written.
Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
IT literate, including MS Excel, with the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
Experience with an ERP or CRM system is desirable.

Responsibilities

Managing and responding to incoming customer enquiries in line with company procedures.
Preparing quotations for standard products using the internal pricing system.
Liaising with the planning team to confirm and maintain delivery schedules.
Keeping customers updated on any changes to their orders.
Logging customer feedback and handling incoming calls professionally.
