Job summary

Zest4Talent, on behalf of a fintech growth business, is seeking a Business Development Associate in Thurlby. This development role offers training, mentorship and a clear path into a Business Development Manager role as you generate new business opportunities and support the sales function.

You'll work closely with senior BDMs and the Sales Director to learn the full sales process, build relationships, and progress opportunities through the pipeline while earning uncapped commission and
