Job summary

Flight Club is expanding its Field Based Business Development role across Bristol, Cardiff and Exeter. You will drive B2B revenue by building strategic outreach campaigns, managing relationships with corporate buyers, and representing the brand at industry events.

The role requires a self-starter with strong sales acumen, excellent communication, and the ability to identify opportunities aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B sales or account management in hospitality/leisure.
• Strong sales acumen with ability to generate and convert leads.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Outreach & Campaign Execution: Build and maintain a contact base and activate growth opportunities.
• Relationship Management: Serve as main contact for high-value event bookers and partners.
• Networking & Brand Representation: Attend industry events and represent the brand to stakeholders.
• Reporting & Performance: Update CRM weekly and report on outreach outcomes and bookings.
