Job summary

Business Stream is seeking a motivated sales professional to grow our commercial customer base across England and Scotland. You will win medium to large business customers, build lasting relationships, and drive revenue opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll manage the sales pipeline, prepare compliant proposals, and support environmental and customer service initiatives while aligning with company values and standards across the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCSE or equivalent.
• Proven B2B sales experience with medium to high value businesses.
• Strong track record of building and managing customer relationships.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• High attention to detail and proficient in Word/Excel.
• Self-motivated, target-driven with customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business across England and Scotland.
• Build strong relationships and negotiate revenue with customers.
• Manage sales pipeline and prepare compliant proposals.

• Ensure smooth handover for new customers and help them get started.
