ACS Staffing Solutions is recruiting a proactive Business Development Executive based in the UK with national travel. You will identify and win new business in the water, utilities, and environmental sectors, building long-term relationships with utilities, contractors and industry stakeholders.

You're a commercially minded sales professional who can generate leads, manage a sales pipeline and present tailored proposals. A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales or business development experience in water/utilities/environmental/engineering/industrial services sectors.
• Ability to generate leads, develop a sales pipeline and win new business.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally for customer meetings and site visits.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities across the UK water, wastewater, utilities and environmental markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with water companies, contractors, consultants and key stakeholders.
• Promote refurbishment, recycling, disposal and replacement solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and commercial presentations tailored to customer requirements.
• Negotiate terms and secure new contracts to drive growth.
• Collaborate with operational teams to develop customer-focused solutions.
• Manage sales pipelines, maintain CRM records and provide forecasts.
• Attend customer meetings, site visits and industry events to identify opportunities.
