Job summary

VodafoneThree in Newbury offers a hybrid, full-time role focused on prospect nurturing and B2B acquisition. The position combines office and home-based work with a target of 37.5 hours weekly and a 12-month duration.

You will develop targeted campaigns, leverage Eloqua/Marketo/Salesforce, and use data insights to optimise engagement and pipeline growth across Vodafone Business products.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in B2B acquisition, demand generation and nurture marketing.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Eloqua/Marketo) delivering campaigns that drive pipeline.
• Strong Salesforce skills; dashboards, campaigns and performance data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimise Vodafone Business' prospect nurturing strategy, developing targeted campaigns and customer journeys.
• Use insights and data to develop audience strategies, continually testing messaging and channel performance.
• Leverage Eloqua, Marketo and Salesforce to deliver and optimise campaigns and lead scoring.
• Own reporting and performance analysis across nurture activity using Salesforce dashboards.
• Manage the nurture marketing budget to maximise ROI and pipeline growth.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, Brand, Digital and Commercial teams to drive acquisition.
