Job summary

Alliance Automotive Group is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager in Milton Keynes to drive sales and margin growth within their customer base. You will build strong relationships with branches, regional teams, suppliers and product managers to achieve targets and unlock new business opportunities.

The role requires excellent selling, negotiation and presentation skills, with a customer-focused approach and the ability to work under pressure toward deadlines.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in selling and growing sales/margins for accounts.
• Strong ability to manage and grow customer relationships across a region.
• Proven track record in B2B sales with competitive markets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across all customer groups.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales strategies and tactics within the assigned territory.
• Communicate effectively with Branch, Regional and Senior Management to align targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, trainers, and product managers.
• Analyse business data to inform sales decisions and actions.
• Influence branch management and sales teams to achieve growth.
