Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in Account Management, ideally with B2B portfolio retention/renewals.
• Strong commercial mindset, able to quantify value and lead commercial conversations.
• Excellent relationship-builder; organized, proactive and ownership-focused from day-to-day to renewal.
• Experience in B2B commercial services, lead generation, sales or marketing environments.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts, building relationships and leading retention and renewal conversations.
• Run regular client reviews using performance data and reporting to show value and shape account plans.
• Identify upsell opportunities and coordinate internal delivery teams while managing client issues and escalations.
