B2B Account Manager – Fleet Management Software

£45,000 basic + 10% bonus + profit share

Remote-first, with just 2 days/month in the office (UK-based)

We’re looking for a confident, tech-savvy Account Manager to nurture, grow, and retain customer relationships across our direct and reseller channels. If you’ve got experience in SaaS account management and thrive on making customers feel supported, empowered, and excited to get more from their tech, we want to hear from you.

The Role

As a key member of our Customer Success and Sales team, you’ll be responsible for:

• Managing a portfolio of B2B clients post-sale, ensuring their experience with our platform is smooth, strategic, and value-driven

• Delivering product demos, webinars, and tailored onboarding journeys, introducing customers to new features, tools, and modules

• Upselling and cross-selling relevant solutions that align with customer needs, proactively identifying opportunities for growth

• Following up on marketing-led outreach, working closely with our in-house team to convert warm leads and campaign interest into revenue

• Building strong relationships with reseller partners, supporting them with customer knowledge, product enablement, and co-sales strategies

• Using our CRM daily, managing pipeline activity, updating notes, tracking touchpoints, and collaborating with your team to ensure a joined-up customer approach

• Championing customer success at every stage of the journey, acting as the internal voice of the customer and playing a vital role in retention and satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

• SaaS Account Management experience – ideally in B2B tech, fleet, logistics, telematics, or similar

• A customer-first mindset, with experience managing client lifecycles from onboarding through to long-term growth

• Sales acumen, including upselling, cross-selling and supporting adoption of new features and modules

• Confident with virtual demos and webinars, and comfortable educating both end-users and decision-makers

• Strong CRM and reporting habits, with experience using tools like Salesforce, HubSpot or similar

• A collaborative and self-driven approach – able to thrive remotely, with regular virtual contact and monthly in-person team days
