Hi! We're on the lookout for a vibrant Account Manager with Finnishto join Noda, a licensed UK Payment Institution and the brains behind an innovative Open Banking payments platform. If you're fueled by fintech excitement and seek a global career journey, keep reading!

What is Noda?

Noda is reshaping online payments, allowing seamless transactions from customers to merchants' bank accounts. With a footprint in the UK, EU, and Canada (Australia up next!), we're seeking a talentedAccount Managerto be part of our dynamic team.

Your mission:

  • Taking care of existing accounts with tasks such as onboarding, document collection, and further upselling;
  • Attending to clients' needs;
  • Discovering opportunities to cross-sell new products developed by Noda;
  • Visiting conferences, scheduling offline meetings with your merchants.

Your skills and experience:

  • 2-3+ years of similar work experiencein B2B fintech companies (payments/card processing);
  • Experience working with direct merchants is crucial;
  • Upselling experience and the ability to discover mutually beneficial opportunities for cross-selling;
  • English, Finnish, and Russianlanguagesat least atthe professional proficiency level (all three are must-have requirements);
  • Skilled at creating long-lasting successful business relations;
  • Meticulousness with data, ready to do the necessary routine work to maintain various data bases (Salesforce, Excel tables);
  • Skilled at processing information into high-quality yet easy-to-digest reports;
  • Ability to learn fast and work independently.
