Gloucestershire College is seeking a dedicated Wellbeing Mentor to deliver tailored one-to-one and group support that boosts learner wellbeing, resilience and engagement. The role requires experience working with young people 16+, a background in mental health and wellbeing, and GCSE English and Maths at grade
In this role, you will deliver tailored one-to-one and group support that promotes learner wellbeing, resilience, confidence and engagement. You'll work closely with curriculum, support and safeguarding teams to ensure learners, including those with SEND and EHCPs, receive the right support to achieve their goals. You'll adapt resources and interventions to meet individual needs, monitor learner progress, provide feedback and maintain accurate records. You'll also contribute to wellbeing initiatives across the college, helping to create a positive, inclusive and supportive environment, while identifying and reporting safeguarding concerns in line with college policies and procedures.
