Job summary

McFall Recruitment Limited is hiring a Cloud Platform & DevOps Engineer to design, operate and enhance secure Azure cloud platforms across the business. You will work across Azure PaaS, IaC, DevOps tooling and supplier-facing governance, focusing on supporting our Client Onboarding platform from Dev to Production.

You’ll collaborate with internal IT, development teams and third-party partners to ensure secure, scalable infrastructure, pipelines and deployment patterns aligned to business

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Azure PaaS services (App Services, API Management, SQL).
• Experience with IaC (Bicep, Terraform, ARM).
• CI/CD experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitLab or Bitbucket.
• Strong troubleshooting across Azure and deployment tooling.
• Solid understanding of networking, identity, monitoring and secure cloud design.

Responsibilities

• Design and support secure, scalable Azure architectures aligned to Landing Zone principles.
• Provide operational support across App Services, API Management, SQL, Key Vault and private networking.
• Support Client Onboarding platform across environments, including incident investigation.
• Develop and review Infrastructure as Code (Bicep, Terraform, ARM).
• Review infrastructure PRs to ensure naming, tagging, security and networking standards.
• Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines, service connections and deployment tooling.
• Troubleshoot Azure networking (VNets, Private Endpoints, NSGs, DNS).
• Strengthen identity, access and secrets management using RBAC and Key Vault.
• Improve monitoring and observability with Azure Monitor and Application Insights.
• Automate tasks using PowerShell, Azure CLI, Bash or Python.
• Maintain documentation, runbooks and operational procedures.
