Job summary

Fenwick Limited is seeking an Infrastructure & Security Engineer to join our IT team in a hybrid role with Newcastle offsite/store work. You will help safeguard Fenwick’s core platforms, focusing on Azure, Microsoft 365 and hybrid environments, ensuring stability, security and performance across services.

You will work with Intune and Defender for endpoint security, manage vulnerabilities, support patching and incident response, and contribute to security governance while collaborating with

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Azure, M365 and Entra ID.
• Experience with Intune (MDM/MAM) device management.
• Understanding of Meraki LAN/WiFi networks.
• Experience with hybrid Azure/on-prem environments.
• Familiarity with Defender and security monitoring.
• Knowledge of vulnerability management and system hardening.
• Experience in incident and change management processes.
• Excellent cross-team communication

Responsibilities

• Maintain stability, performance and security of Fenwick’s platforms.
• Support vulnerability remediation and security hardening.
• Monitor, patch and resolve incidents across cloud and hybrid infra.
• Collaborate with systems admin, cyber security officer and teams.
• Assist with governance and security tooling adoption.
