Fruition Group is hiring an Infrastructure & Security Engineer based in York with a hybrid work model (4 days in office). This role involves managing Azure infrastructure, overseeing security incidents, and executing migration projects.

The ideal candidate must possess strong 2nd/3rd line experience, solid Azure knowledge, and be comfortable with automation tools. A proactive communicator is essential to engage effectively across technical and non-technical teams.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on 2nd/3rd line experience in infrastructure engineering within a mid-sized business environment.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Azure, including networking, governance, and security controls.
• Proven experience with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and endpoint protection.

Responsabilités

• Build, maintain, and optimise Azure infrastructure.
• Act as the senior escalation point for complex infrastructure incidents.
• Deliver cloud migration and optimisation initiatives.
