Job summary

HealthHarmonie Ltd is seeking a skilled 2nd line Infrastructure Engineer to provide advanced support and lead projects across the Medinet Group estate. You will own escalated tickets, manage Azure and Microsoft 365 services, and assist with cloud migrations for a distributed workforce.

The role requires strong networking and Windows Server experience, with the ability to work independently and mentor junior colleagues within a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in a 2nd line infrastructure support role.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Azure including Entra ID, Intune, Azure AD, and Azure Virtual Desktop.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, licensing).
• Solid networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, firewalls, VPN).
• Experience with Windows Server administration.

Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated tickets from the 1st line through to resolution.
• Administer and support the Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 estate (Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, licenses).
• Support and maintain Azure Virtual Desktop for remote and hybrid workers.
• Manage and troubleshoot network infrastructure across multiple sites (switches, firewalls, VPN, Wi‑Fi).
• Contribute to infrastructure projects including new site setups and cloud migrations.
• Provide technical guidance to the 1st line team and support their development.
