Job summary

HealthHarmonie Ltd is seeking a Lead Infrastructure & Systems Engineer in the UK. The role focuses on acting as the principal escalation point for the IT infrastructure, driving Freshservice ITSM improvements, and owning the security posture across Azure, AD, and the Microsoft 365 stack.

The candidate will also mentor junior engineers and contribute to platform development. You will work in a hybrid setup (office and remote) within Medinet Group’s infrastructure team, delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/Computing or equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft 365/Azure environments.
• Strong background in ITSM platforms and incident management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary escalation point for infrastructure issues.
• Lead on Freshservice ITSM development and improvements.
• Perform root-cause analysis and implement lasting fixes.
• Develop and maintain network diagrams, runbooks, and architecture notes.
• Manage Azure AD, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and AVDE.
• Collaborate on security posture improvements and patch management.
• Mentor 1st/2nd line engineers and contribute to automation initiatives.
