HealthHarmonie Ltd is seeking a skilled 2nd line Infrastructure Engineer to provide advanced support and lead projects across the Medinet Group estate. You will own escalated tickets, manage Azure and Microsoft 365 services, and assist with cloud migrations for a distributed workforce.
The role requires strong networking and Windows Server experience, with the ability to work independently and mentor junior colleagues within a hybrid work environment.
Medinet Group is a dynamic healthcare organisation committed to delivering high-quality clinical services across the UK. Our integrated businesses - Medinet (insourcing), HealthHarmonie (community specialist services), and HealthHarmonie Minds (mental health and wellbeing services) - work collaboratively with NHS and healthcare partners to improve patient access, reduce waiting times, and drive innovation in healthcare delivery.
To provide 2nd line infrastructure support and project delivery across the Medinet and Healthharmonie estate. Working as a peer alongside the existing infrastructure team, you will handle escalated tickets from the 1st line team, own defined areas of infrastructure responsibility, and contribute to ongoing projects. Complex technical escalations beyond 2nd line scope are handled by the Lead Infrastructure & Systems Engineer. As the team grows, you will play a key role in ensuring the estate remains well managed, well documented, and resilient.
This role suits someone who enjoys the variety of a busy infrastructure environment, comfortable moving between a complex escalation, a project task, and a knowledge-share with a junior colleague in the same day. The team is small, technically capable, and collaborative. You will have real ownership of your area from day one, with direct access to senior technical expertise through the Lead Infrastructure & Systems Engineer and the IT Infrastructure Manager. We welcome applications from candidates who may not meet every desirable criterion but can demonstrate strong technical ability and a genuine commitment to continued learning and development.
