Job summary

VML Enterprise Solutions is looking for a hands-on technical pre-sales expert to support AWS-led growth across the UK and Ireland. This role involves leading demos, proof of concepts (POCs), and solution design to convert opportunities into production work.

You'll collaborate with internal teams and AWS, ensuring solutions are compliant and bring credibility to client conversations. The position fosters creativity and collaboration, adopting a hybrid work model where teams average four days a week in the office.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical pre‑sales, solution architecture or consulting.
• Strong track record leading client‑facing technical work.
• Hands-on AWS experience with at least an AWS Solutions Architect certification.
• Confident in communicating complex ideas clearly to senior stakeholders.
• Based in the UK with the right to work and open to EMEA travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead demos, POCs and solution design for AWS co-sell opportunities.
• Deliver client‑facing demos and lead proof‑of‑concept engagements.
• Create reference architectures for common AWS use cases.
