Job summary

Reply is seeking a Solution Architect to shape robust, future-proof platform architectures for clients across industries in the UK. You will lead cloud-native design, translate requirements into scalable solutions, and collaborate with client architects and engineering teams to deliver measurable value.

The role involves both delivery and pre-sales activities, with emphasis on AWS-led implementations, security, and governance.

Qualifications

2:1 or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Hands-on experience designing and implementing solutions on AWS.
Experience across application, data, and infrastructure domains.
Ability to communicate architectural vision to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with architecture frameworks (TOGAF) is a plus.
Able to operate in agile delivery teams and support multiple delivery modes.
Comfortable working in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and delivery of cloud-native architectures across projects.
Translate business and non-functional requirements into secure, scalable designs.
Work across the solution stack with a focus on event-driven architectures.
Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure architecture is implemented effectively.
Support pre-sales engagements, architecture assessments, and RFP responses.
Contribute to reusable patterns and reference architectures.
Stay current with cloud, automation, and AI enablement trends.
