Job summary

Radius Limited in Crewe is seeking a Cloud and Infrastructure Operations Manager to own the AWS-centric global cloud platform. The role demands hands-on leadership and deep AWS expertise while steering strategy and a pragmatic approach to reliability, security and performance.

You will lead TechOps, SysOps, networks and voice services, driving automation, monitoring and cost efficiency. Based in Crewe, you will influence infrastructure strategy while staying technically engaged and delivering

Qualifications

• Proven AWS infrastructure experience in complex enterprise environments.
• Experience leading infrastructure, cloud or operations teams.
• Hands-on AWS expertise with security and governance.
• Strong IaC and automation tooling knowledge.
• Experience with incident response and service delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational management of our cloud infrastructure with AWS at the heart.
• Ensure cloud platforms are secure, resilient, scalable and highly available.
• Lead and develop TechOps, SysOps, networking and voice services teams.
• Drive operational excellence through automation, monitoring and proactive service management.
• Manage cloud security, performance optimisation and cost efficiency across the AWS estate.
• Oversee enterprise network services including cloud networking, WAN, VPN and data centre connectivity.
• Support and improve Five9 voice and telephony environment.
• Lead major incident response and drive improvements to reliability and resilience.
• Collaborate with Cyber Security and Platform Services to improve infrastructure landscape.
