Radius is seeking an experienced Cloud and Infrastructure Operations Manager (AWS) to own and evolve our global AWS infrastructure from Crewe. You will lead teams across TechOps, SysOps, networks and voice, and drive reliability, security and scalability with hands-on technical leadership.

We value deep AWS expertise, infrastructure as code, automation, and strong incident management. The role reports to the CIO and balances architecture with practical delivery in a senior IT Operations context.

Qualifications

• Proven AWS infrastructure experience in complex enterprise environments.
• Experience leading infrastructure, cloud or operations teams.
• Deep understanding of AWS architecture, cloud networking and security best practices.
• Experience managing highly available, business-critical infrastructure services.

Responsibilities

• Owning the operational management of our cloud infrastructure, with AWS at the heart of our environment.
• Ensuring cloud platforms and infrastructure services remain secure, resilient, scalable and highly available.
• Leading and developing teams responsible for TechOps, SysOps, networking and voice services.
• Driving operational excellence through automation, monitoring and proactive service management.
• Managing cloud security, performance optimisation and cost efficiency across the AWS estate.
• Overseeing enterprise network services, including cloud networking, WAN, VPN and data centre connectivity.
• Supporting and improving our Five9 voice and telephony environment.
• Leading major incident response and driving improvements to reliability and service resilience.
