Job summary

CAE is seeking a Training Manager at the London Gatwick Training Centre in Crawley to supervise and deliver flight training across our simulator fleet and training region.

Reporting to the Manager Training Services, you will ensure training operations are delivered safely, effectively, and in compliance with regulatory requirements and CAE standards. You will lead instructors and support customer and sales activities while maintaining instructional competency.

Qualifications

• Fluent English language skills, written and verbal.
• Experience in aviation training governance and ATO processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned training programmes to support effective training delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Deliver simulator instruction in accordance with approved training programmes and regulatory standards.
• Maintain training records and regulatory documentation.
• Coordinate scheduling to ensure instructor allocation and coverage.
• Support training course preparation and development of curricula.
