Job summary

Ryanair is seeking an ATO Technical Analyst in Derby to support the Approved Training Organisation management with administrative and analytical tasks for training 8000 pilots annually and 1500 recruits each year.

Candidates with aviation background welcome; full training provided. You will track licences, coordinate with authorities, enrolments, and analyse data to improve training quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Recognised degree and/or pilot ATPL theory examinations completed.
• Strong analytical ability to drive efficiency, quality and continuous improvements.
• Ability to work in a pressurised and fast paced environment.
• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work on own initiative with a strong work ethic.
• Ideally, experience in a regulated industry.

Responsibilities

• Track pilot licence expiry and training requirements.
• Liaise with aviation authorities on licensing matters.
• Manage new entry pilot course enrolments.
• Data analysis and reporting to pilot training managers.
• Analyse simulator and line training data and report findings.
